If I read this correctly, then you could use Dreamweaver to open the html file Imageready made after splicing. It will allow you do pretty much any html you'd like to do to the document :P
Does that make any sense? I can't talk or type today

You probably have to link them manually through dreamweaver. Click on the slice and there should be a properties window down below that has a 'link' field where you can type it in. If its all in the same 'site' folder than you can just click on the little icon of the folder next to the link field and click on the page you want to link to. Both ways work just fine.

Also, it's possible to export a sliced image from Imageready to Dreamweaver. Well, I think it is anyway, I remember doing it, -- well, I think I do =P
