Yep STM, that's right! I listened to a newer version of "From Russia With Love" and it just didn't have that same haunting feel. I'll have to dig that box back out to see who did the original.

"white from play" I think moods means that the recors was played so much that the needle was wearing into the record, deepening the groove with its point. and in that adding more scratches, giving the vinyl a faded appearance.

The Beatles were white? Was that the "White" album lol? I remember Adam Ant... "Goody Two Shoes"... interesting character. Who did original "From Russia With Love"?

I came across a box of old 45's while searching a closet this weekend. The Beatles were white from play (as were most of the 45's) - but the fun ones were the Adam Ant picture 45 and my red vinyl "Cruella Deville". When I get some time, I'll have to pick the lint off my needle and give them a spin.
Oh, I found my "From Russia With Love" too - man, I loved that song.

Simpson's are my fav. I used to watch South Park when I paid for satellite... love it too. They both feature issues from world news which are kinda current and poke fun at them in their own way. Yeah... loved the Scientology episode... also liked the one where they all bought Ninja weapons and turned into Japanese warriors lol
that way back machine website is cool... never heard of it before... it even had previous versions on my old website

I haven't seen much (any?) of Family Guy. I guess we haven't watched much TV since X Files ended.

Never really liked South Park. I'm more of a Family Guy sort of person...

(That is the Scientology mission statement you're quoting there, isn't it?)
I never watched Southpark until recently (My daughter's been watching the episodes on the Southpark website) and the one dealing with Scientology was
too
funny.
There are some sick, twisted minds behind that show.

'tis also the reflection of corporate America
anyone have a screenshot of the previous BR design saved? That previous design is what I imagined BR would have looked liked when I first stumbled upon it. When I first saw this current design... I thought to myself... "must be an eclectic group of artists here" lol
