MS Excel help?!

When using the VLOOKUP function in Microsoft Excel (2002 version I think), I am able to produce a drop down box. However, I am not able to use the mouse wheel to scroll. Is there a setting I'm missing that will allow that or is it a limitation of Excel?

I know under Options > General there is an option to use the mouse wheel to zoom but that's not what I'm looking for. I want to be able to scroll up and down on the vlookup drop down.

Thanks.

Ok, maybe not. I'm pretty sure you cannot use the mouse wheel on drop down menus. You can scroll in the regular worksheet right? I'm assuming this is true.

Yes, on the worksheet itself you can scroll using the mouse wheel. There's also an option in Excel where you can set the mouse wheel to zoom instead of scroll on the spreadsheet.

But it doesn't work on the drop down box created by a vlookup unfortunately. I did notice the page up and page down buttons work with the drop down box. That's alright but it would be nice to include the mouse wheel functionality!
