is somewhat inflated. It supports layers, for example, but not layer masks (an essential feature of any "professional" image-editing application in my book).
Still, it's free and it's available on any computer with an internet connection, so if you ever need to do any (very basic) image editing and Photoshop is not immediately to hand I think it would be just the job.
