Actually, my PC looks rather plain on the outside, but on the inside its like a spacestation. Stops it being arractive to thieves I guess (not that they could easily make away with its 50kb bulk anyway... ).

I remember seeing a wasp once fly so close to my PC that it got sucked into a 120mm fan-vent and eviscerated. Teaches the rotten scoundrel right for buzzing into MY room!

Those are some pretty big vents you guys have to allow wasps and bumble bees to get in..
My PC wouldn't do that, the fan is so weak =\.
Also, if it did get eviscerated in there, I think you should clean it up. Wasp and bee parts will melt and stick to parts, like a video card. Not to mention slowing your computer.

Well, I have 9 x 120mm fans in my PC. When spinning slowly they are all dead quiet though. It is, however, quite fortunate that my case is so heavy, because it would probably hover off when on full power otherwise...

I think you'd be amazed at the boost it can give your productivity, when you can have your workspace on the primary monitor, your tool palettes on another and help files/tutorials/notes on a third it is so much easier to work without everything cluttered together and having to switch between windows.
in truth I rarely use the third monitor much nowadays as it runs off a second computer that I only maintain as a print server but its handy to have it there and I can switch control using a KVM switch .
anyway the point really is that because I buy all my equipment second hand I can afford to buy twice as much of it, and theres always some fella who has to have the latest and greatest and so sells off stuff that was top-notch only six months ago for next to nothing.
Happy days H.
