Anyone know where to get GOOD quality stock photos besides stock exchange?

But for a buck or two you can get some decent images at these sites:

http://www.fotolia.com/

Their are restrictions on some, you'd have to read through their policies.

Stock Photography Images at Can Stock Photo is also pretty good for a low cost solution.
