What Music Inspires You?

Currently I'm in a rockin-out mood.
This song is at the top of my list right now:

(NOTE: Explicit lyrics. This song uses the "f" word but I can't find the edit version streaming anywhere else)

What music is on your playlist inspiring you now?

'Dashboard Confessional - Hands Down'

Some may class me as 'emo', but I wouldn't. Though I am a bit overemotional. Well and emo stands for emotional and the other way around. Right...

soundtracks

soudntrack music is realy inspiring to me. Like soundtrack from Narnia movie composed by Harry Gregson-Williams, or Marco Beltrami's musci for Hellboy (track Hellboy and liz) and of course genius Hans Zimmer.

I haven't had the chance to hear the fratellis yet. Though I bought... a female friend of mine an album. Costello Music.

ok I might revise my initial post. I listened to that song a few times today and still do love it, but I got very little done at work while listening to it, so I'm not so sure inspired is the right word for it....

Yes thanks mike for the Fratellis...I can't seem to keep them out of my head. But what i've been listening to lately is Venus hum, Frou frou, Hungry Lucy...not sure what type of music genre they are...ecclectic, trance...stuff.

Porcupine Tree (albums: In Absentia & Deadwing) have been my iTunes flavor of the month. Like Stiney though, I find myself singing instead of working. http://www.porcupinetree.com/

As far as "music to think by" goes, it's anything by Kit Watkins. http://www.kitwatkins.com/

Depends what mood I'm in usually. I like all types of music. I also like to write my own songs and create music on my computer. You can listen to my work on my radio at http://www.jacorre.com/sound/radio.htm.

I am not sure about a few of the above mentioned, but I'll google them. My inspiration in music is Missy Higgins. She is a poet.
