Do you believe...

...in real love?

This may sound a bit girlish, but I'll throw everyone who thinks so out the window along with it.

I think there's just two states - in love, or out of it. Trying to call something 'real love' sounds like oneupmanship to me, so nope, I don't believe in it per se...

I mean real love. Not the "Yeah I like you, let's have sex now." kind of love. Sit together with for hours, walk forever, not say a word, kind of love is what I'm talking about if you understand. *meep*

In which case, then I do believe in that! Me and my partner may argue at times, but we do love each other to that level. Dunno about walking forever though... I do that at work, and I'd much rather sit and watch movies...

true love huh?
yea I believe ive found it.. been with the same for 18 years now.
however, I also believe that not everyone will find true love.

sometimes true love, sadly, is unrequitted.

I don't know about TRUE love... definately I believe in REAL love...

I believe that even REAL love can change over time as people change... Even if we spend our lives with someone (maybe epsecially if we do) we can't expect to be the same people forever... as we grow individually, it's natural for our wants/needs/and values to change... thus, I believe even REAL lovers can grow apart...

It's important to treasure and value the time you do spend with a loved one!

Mike.

sorry turvas...

I do believe in loving people. I'm in love right now... sssshhh don't tell my girlfriend.

and I agree with Mike, Love is forever changing, like the river of our lives forever flowing and ebbing against the rocks and nature that seems to test our resolve. If we grow strong with love, it will change us and how we perceive our surroundings. The main difference is, over time rivers smooth things out or will find another way around, while we just get more frail and wrinkly.

Just a suggestion man... but it might be worth your while to let her know that yourself!

Cheers!
