The ultimate tool for lazy photographers?

I know there are people who consider using Photoshop to correct photographs to be "cheating", but have a look at this:

BBC NEWS | Technology | Photo tool could fix bad images

Is this going too far?

wtf? thats really bad. kinda as bad as pshopping your new girlfriend/boyfriend over top of the old one in a foto album.
sometimes its those intrusions that make the shot noteworthy.
if you dont want the building, go around it or dont take the picture. at least use an element that was or is part of the original picture or area. a bush perhaps but never pick from someplace else.?!

thats like a major cheat.

It has to come as technology develops. I find it amazing how it all works and just watch in fascination. We can create such marvelous technology and yet we can't create an equal world where no one goes hungry.

Don't get me wrong - I'm no Luddite, and I think that technically this is quite amazing. However, I don't know if I'd be comfortable with presenting a photograph as "my own work" if 50% or more of it had been imported automatically from someone else's photos.
