Photoshop Creative Suite Premium
I came across a really great deal, and thought I would pass it along. (especially since there are so many students/educators around here - this price break is only for students or educators, so if you aren't one, maybe you know one.)
I found the Photoshop Creative Suite Premium edition, which includes - Adobe Photoshop CS, Adobe Illustrator CS, Adobe InDesign CS PageMaker Edition, Adobe GoLive CS, and Adobe Acrobat Professional software with Version Cue file-management for a beautifully low price.....all full versions!
http://www.academicsuperstore.com/it...+Suite+Premium
Hope this link is as helpful to you guys as it has been to me. (I have no affiliation with these people, and am not trying to sell anything....this site has allowed me to buy software that I wouldn't be able to afford any other way.....thought it might prove to be beneficial to some of you guys as well.)

looks good, but why is it so cheap? can they really offer it at that price and make a profit?
and and i've got a question, what's the difference between 1.1 and premium plus?
AND: lexiblue, get on IRC. now. =D

Adobe allows for price breaks for educators and students.....serious price breaks.....so it is Adobe that eats the price difference, not the seller. The difference between Premium 1.1 and Premium Plus is that Premium Plus comes with a Wacom 6x8 Platinum Edition Graphics Tablet as well as Extensis Suitcase 9.2, which is a font manager.
I purchased Premium 1.1 edition and am happy as a clam.

Crikey, that is one outrageous deal you have found there Lexiblue! I'd have never expected all those applications to go so cheaply... and they even throw in a graphics pad too! Still, I guess it pays to give educators stuff cheaply - they promote the use of Abobe products and teach the next generation of Photoshop users.

It is a good deal. I needed Acrobat Professional 6 for an interactive book project I am working on.....and that program alone (here at a local shop) cost more than academics price on the entire suite. I wouldn't have upgraded if I hadn't been able to get it so cheap.

I got that deal quite some time ago from a completely different, unaffiliated retailer. As far as I know, itīs a standard student price on the CS, but I might be wrong. So donīt run head over heels to get it from these guys, check around first
Also, the "enable-quick-reply" button works like a "Quote and reply"-button for Mac-users. Ick.

I'm sure it is available at many places at this price TVPR, this just happens to be the place I came across it, and I thought I would pass it along.
