Question warp effect
i've seen some twisted pictures here and i was wondering what photoshop program has the warp effect? I can't find it on my cs.

With the layer you wish to warp selected, go to Edit:Transform:Warp

Then enjoy!

Unfortunately, Edit > Transform > Warp is only available in CS2.
