I'm new to this site, and im new to Graphic design does anyone know a good site for silhouettes of tractors, diggers men in hard hats, combine harvester or black and white.

If you want silhouettes, you might consider using Custom Shapes - there are lots available on the web. A good starting point would be Adobe Exchange (http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/exchange/index.cfm).
