Yes I've heard of it. It looks pretty cool. Have you tried Google Analytics. It also does something similar and it's free!

With analytics services you definately get what you pay for! Google may be free, but it just delivers a vague overview of the data at your fingertips - other softwares (both server and remote based) undoubtedly let you drill further down into that data and get more specific answers.

I suppose it depends on what you want from analytics software.

Too bad my fricken domain has expired and my hosting I think I have to renew? But I want new fresh look before I do anything.. but we'll see. I was all happy to install too, as for crazy egg, I was inputting my url and things like that and then it asked for code or something and I got stuck.. I was confused after that, I know its just a code that goes on your site, but we'll see I have to get my page back up. Thanks guys
