perhaps some ideas

So here I am, I've got a lovely new addictive game to play. My lyrics are going well, I could play the guitar a little more, but I am starting to pick it up more again. I'm trying to get prepared for another semester of college, and trying to enjoy the fact that I did well in the first, but what about Photoshop? I feel overextended, I do too many things. But I enjoy photoshop and things it has allowed me to do, so I will continue to use it. But I'm at a loss for ideas, so if you have any that you would like to give to me, I'm all ears. I didn't know where to post this so I put it in General discussion.

I don't want this to be about me, so please feel free to take the suggestions here and use them. Feel free to ask for suggestions, let this be the spark of inspiration that anyone can use.

Take up photography and manipulate your pictures in Photoshop. It works for me...

Well you mentioned wanting to get into freelance work, try taking a local restaurant or store and designing a menu or an ad. Worst case scenario, you'll end up with a piece you can turn around and show future prospective clients.

If it ends up being a menu, grab one from the restaurant and then bring the one you did in with you to show the manager. You might even get a job or a free meal out of it!!

My inspiration? Call your friends. And take your time. And talk to them. Freely, without thinking of your phone bill. And speak freely of every idea that comes to your mind. THE perfect way to get inspired. I get so much inspiration form my friends, taht i even cant imaginate them all completely.
