This may seem like a dumb question, but are you sure you are actually logged in? I use WS_FTP Pro like you and when I'm connected the password is shown as a row of asterisks in the Password box at the top of the screen - I notice from your screenshot that the Password box is empty.

no trust me because it automatically logs me in if i leave it open when i shut down the program, so i type in my password again n the regular box at the top where your suppose to and when that box popped up i was like what the hell? so yeah.. luckily they finally told me that i can upload from the cpanel which i never knew but i cant do that all the time because its just hum bug you know... annoying to me. makes it harder... gotta go through files and **** but with the program you just high light all the files you want and then yeah.. so idk.. but i have to use it for the time being. luckily its not lots of files i had to upload... anyone else know?

If you can't find a solution for WS_FTP you could always try FileZilla Homepage - Index . Or if your host has SFTP then WinSCP :: Freeware SFTP and SCP client for Windows

I've never used WS_FTP so I can't really say what could be the problem. Sorry.
