Hi Icon Question

Hi I had a quick question.
I was going to try my hand at making an icon in photoshop and was wondering the sizes for AIM YIM and MSN?
Also how do I repixle it to make it look less fuzzy.

If you're talking about pixel icons, make sure anti-alias is turned off. When using the Pencil tool the option can be seen in the toolbar.

Probably the easiest way to know, for sure, would be to find one, at each place, that represents the average size, and right-click on it and save it to your hard drive. Then, open it, in Photoshop, and create yours on top of it. The original will give you the right dimensions and it's file size will tell you what file size is accepteable.
