A question about tutorials

I was wondering what level do the tutorials have to be to be put on this site?? As i'm thinking of making a website that helps people with html and css and I was thinking of doing basic tutorials and letting you have them for this website maybe?? All though I'm not sure what the criteria and if you want them sort of tutorials on here (not that i'd be botherd if you didn't I'm thinking of making one for photomanipulation maybe)

A good place to start for info on Biorust tuts is the link below. All levels of learning are covered; beginners, advanced, intermediate and above. Biorust is fortunate to have so many varied levels of members. As far as I know, anyone may submit tuts, sometimes they are accepted, sometimes not. Good luck with your tut creation, have fun!!!

HTML+CSS tutorials would be greatly appreciated, as they are one area we need to expand greatly upon. The only think I ask is that you try and maintain the submission rules (as mentioned by bedlam123), and that you give each tutorial lots of meat. There are far too many websites out there which offer a couple of paragraphs on HTML tags and call it a tutorial. Be detailed yet concise... and remember that I can split even the longest tutorial over multiple pages if needed...
