Domain, server probs ...

Hey all,
Maybe questions like these shouldn't be asked here but seeing as most have sites maybe I'll get help, though being tired and being back to normal life tomorrow, need to make the post quick.

Heres the situation:

I have a free hosting account with as hosting but after setting up trshady.com to work with it (changing dns then asking admin to set it up at their end), its messed up and being free, theres not much either admin seems to be doing about it.

Both TRshady.com and trs.ashst.com point to the same place but for some reason it seems a bit .... messed up. The directory shown when visiting is not my public_html folder and doesn't show the directories in there, even when uploading an index page and making new directory it does not show up when visiting the urls and makes me believe somethings set up wrong.

Is this a problem only an admin could solve or is it something like a wrong setting in the .htaccess file for example. I have full cpanel access, so am hoping theres a way I could fix it. Any replies appreciated.

As said, I changed the dns of trshady.com (which I bought from 1&1) in order for it to work with my hosting (have mail@trshady.com) for example, but wouldn't have bothered if I'd have all these problems.
