Haha, I had fun looking at all the changes between the original and the touch-up. Definitely pleasing to the eye with the bright highlights, and most of it, you can't tell has been retouched. [[ It looks like she wears very smooth makeup. :0 ]]
My only two suggestions are:
1.] Be careful when you're manipping around hair, because that slight bit by the woman's neck seemed to get oddly blurry/smudgy.
2.] Also, the woman's forearm by her wrist seems to get pulled out in the touch-up. Use some sort of selection tool to select around it and avoid grabbing her skin on accident?
Other than that, I think it looks great.
