Lovin' it
I really love the altered ambience skin you got. It looks nice, espeically the header.
Fits in nicely. Nice work Man1c.
Hehe... I might start adding Biorust Forums to my sig since I visit about 5 other different ones.

Yay! It'd be swell if you could m8! We need all the traffic in here we can get in our early weeks. The vbulletin system has a referrers index - if you use that URL in your sig, you will be able to track who you introduced, etc...

I had an idea...
You know how Spoono, Absolute Cross, and Robouk share Tutorial Forums as their forum?
Well, could my site along with yours share this forum? I'm sure you'll get more members, and you could start to expand later one with other sites.
In addition, could you please give me the URL and I'll put it in my sig to. I could use the same URL for my site.
Just a suggestion.

Ahhh, referralIDs are dead easy. For you, the code is in this URL. As for multiple sites sharing the same forums, it sounds a good idea and is something i'm looking into. By the looks of it, R4z0r is closing his forums, and is expressing an interest in R4z0r linking to ours. It should be a relatively easy thing to express different skins using different URL entry points (i.e. so you have the forums branded to your design, etc), but its something i'll have to look at in more depth. Vbulletin is an impressively advanced set of scripts, and still mystifies me somewhat...

No no I didn't want it to be skinned for my site. By no means.
I just wanted it to be exactly the same, but I'd be part of the "Biorust Network" or something.

Hey, the network idea is definately one that has promise! Me and BioAlien were discussing the premise a few months ago, and thought that a small set of associated services would be a great idea, such as a network-bar, associated forums, network portal, etc. I'll perhaps give it some consideration in the new year. I have 2 weeks of leave time to take from work before March....

Digital, give me a PM when you get those tuts up. I've been very interested in PHP for sometime however I haven't really been looking for any resources to help me learn it.
It's a matter of seeking time.
Currently I'm trying to work really hard to get my new layout up for my site.
If only time didn't go by so fast.

Hey, be sure to tell me when you write the tuts too Digital - my PHP/mySQL skills don't go far beyond simple hackery, and I definately require more grace & understanding in my coding methodology...
