birds nest is actaully the actaul birds nest, cant remember what bird it comes from but it must be a damn clean one, god knows what they do to the nest, but it is very tasty.

prawn crackers are also one of my favorites.

It's bird saliva i tell you. It's like they take the nest and the bird and they collect the saliva on the nests and clean the nest, etcetera, sounds kinda gross, yeah.
