Why You Will Not Like Me

I want to state right now for the record, at one time or another, you will not like me. It's almost a fact of life, Frank Jaeger is a name that has traveled many boards, and aqcuired many foes. I hope though that along the way you'll see that I'm not such a bad guy. I just don't like taking a bunch of sh**. So let me sit down and explain some of the many reasons you will not like me.

Reasons You Will Not Like Me

1. I swear, a lot. I don't do it purposely so much, but I do it more as a form of expressing just how terrible, or strongly something is or how I feel about something. I find that a lot of people find vulgar language rude, foul, and think that it brings the entire forum down. I feel that's the case if every other word out of my mouth is "****," but that's not the case. I use them when they're neccesary.

2. I don't sit there for five hours beating around the bush. If I think your work sucks, I'm not going to say otherwise. If I think you suck, I might bite my tongue for awhile, but eventually I will say something. That brings me to the third point.

3. I don't like moderators who suddenly think they're better than me because they're moderators. Good for you, that's great, but it doesn't mean **** when it comes to design or personality. Just because you're a moderator don't expect me to kiss your ass.

4. I don't think anyone is above criticism, Manny included. If you're a proffesional and you make a ****acular website, be prepared for a verbal trouncing. People learn better from their mistakes than from me telling them they're doing great when they're doing terrible. I'm not opposed to giving compliments, but they lose their meaning when used over and over, so if I do compliment you then it's damn good.

I hope this clears the air, and explains why you'll dislike me.

Re: Why You Will Not Like Me

I for one realize that critizing someone can be helpful if done properly, I do not believe is pouncing someone because their work is not to MY standards.

Also, if you feel that a moderator is acting better then anyone here, me even, tell us, hell, if you want to, go tell m0g, that is your problem not a moderators. However, we will still keep the forums rules in strict accordance, you break them, you are responsible for the consequences.

Third, if you must use foul language, please use the appropiate emoticon, the emoticon, it still gets your point across..

I do not dislike anyone here, nor do I plan to anytime, if you have a problem, let us know and something can be arranged.

Frank, I don't think anyone here at BioRUST has shown any hate towards you. If someone has, let m0g/any moderator know.

Personally, I think your a really good guy. Your a good member and you voice your opinion. That's how it should be. One thing I dislike is Yes-Men. People that say everything is good, they don't have a personal opinion.

As for profanity, just try to keep it down to a minimum. I understand how it can be. If you let a few words slip here and there, no big deal. Who cares. I'll just bleep out a few letters.

I sincerely hope you enjoy your stay here Frank. Have fun.
