Left Hand
They say that the left-handed person is one of extreme grace with the hand. Being able to create masterful pieces with mere flicks of the wrist. The price however, seems to be too high. Smudged handwriting, constant struggle to find sports equipment, and the constant nagging of, "Oh you write with your left hand!" yes I'm well aware of that, thank you. Really though being a south paw ain't really what it's cracked up to be if you ask me. Am I alone in my pleas?

Heh! Its not exactly wonderful, but in my job nobody can read each others handwriting anyway! I think doctors must go through a special course on making their writing dangerously illegible (either that, or they break all their fingers on graduation as a rites of passage thing).

I find people who are ambidexterous excel at sports.. they have more options. Like, in basketball, they can go left and right and in hockey, they can shoot from either side, etc. Guess it's hard to get good at though.
Is it possible to be right handed and then train your left hand to work just as well? Like, practicing long enough to get your left handed writing 'legible'.

Bumping old posts?
Heh. I'm right handed. I can write really neat with my right. My left is average I suppose. I don't try to write nice with it.
If you can write neat with both, your just plain gifted.

I wouldn't say that. A lot of baseball players are ambidextrous.

I think being able to use both hands equally is crazy.
It's helpful in sports though.
I should try to go the entire day using only my left hand.

Must be an urban legend. If you weigh less than 10st I can bench press you over my head with very little effort at all.
