Swishmax

I have been playing around with Swishmax, and have slowly been figuring it out. I have currently created a mouse over signature, but can I show it off in here? And how do i go about doing that? I tried this nice software and have to say it's really easy and cool

...BTW, I think I already know the answer...
...but is there a "Free" solution to make flash animations

...just to know
