anyone know how to make a Futurama type cartoon

hey ppl, i was just wondering if anyones know any good tutorials on how to make flash cartoons like a Futurama type. If anyone knows any good tutorials please post them here.

Futurama-type?!?!!? Hell, animation of that calibre usually takes an army of animators months for each and every episode! To see the limits of what is humanly possible for one man, have a look at http://www.xombified.com .

thanks, Man1c Mog, but my question is: I made up my own character in Flash and i want to make him walk. how on earth would i do such a thing within flash. and how would i make him talk, and etc?

isnt that program for video editing? wat does it exactly do?

character animation in flash is possible but very time consuming. animating body parts is tricky and near impossible to get perfect with just 1 man on the show. but its fun to do and its very satisfying when you get everything looking fluent.

I work in a cartoon studio, and at any time we have 30+ animators working out the finer points of moving the characters. So i can only imagine that something as high budget as futurama has alot more people working on it.
