PHP + Flash?

I have a website where users are able to upload files onto my server and host them there. I was wondering if I could do the same thing but except in Flash. Is it possible to put PHP into Flash forms? If so, how?

Well,

as far as I know there is no way to put PHP into flash, you could maybe make an PHP form/ site, and display that in flash. I know that that is possible, but I have no clue on how to do it.

There may be a way to create the form you made in PHP in flash, with XML and stuff....but then you will get yourself a pretty big database, and again I'm not sure how it exactly works.....
