Hypernurbs help

I made a model in rhino, but it was kinda rough and filleting surfaces suck in rhino. So i imported it into cinema 4d and put the surfaces in null groups. Then I put the one containing the body of the car in a hypernurbs, hoping it would do its whole curvey smoothing effect to all of the pieces together. It does it to all of them, but it does it to them all seperate.

Any suggestions on what i should do to get it all smoothed out?

Hi there.

First, you need to make sure all your "parts" of your model are polygons. If not convert them to current state and put them all in a Null (useful if you have more objects)

Then, select the parts you want to group into, and right click on the hierachy manager. Select "connect".

Volia! Now, a NEW object containing all the meshes you selected is made. You can delete the remaining objects.

Hope this helps- I just discovered it a week ago.
