I am not really much of an artist. I mean, i never draw stuff, but sometimes i really feel a strong urge to make stuff. Most of the times i just fail horribly because i suck at drawing. But the ideas usually stay.

Something that i've been wondering about. File sizes. I am talking about illustrators .ai

I've made a couple dozen illustrator files. Some copies of others, and some from scratch. I noticed something. Some designs are around 2 mb, while others, essentially the same, are 10 times as much (yes that's 20mb). I have not really checked if their sizes differ, but that's nearly impossible as they are copies.

I am 6 week into designing a company logo and creating a website and the remaining stuff required to complete the change to the new design. I have 4 weeks left after this week, which isn't an aweful lot.

Anyway, wednessday i got the results of the vote on the logo we held the week earlier (ending wednessday). From wednessday on i therefore had to update my previous designs of businesscards and such, which was no problem because i had only made one completed...
