School again

Gee, who would've thought school was so relax. I got mostly half days. Some more some less.
But anyway, been taking a nikon d40 with me for the last couple weeks. We got an assignment that required us to take test photos and the real deal.
They will be used in a bed and breakfast folder that i am in the progress of making with indesign. There's some problems with it, but it's all soft and hardware errors. The colours on the school pc's somehow are really really off, and the printer prints some colours with funny gradients.
I really need to get that macbook i suppose. That thing boots within 5 minutes. That's hardcore compared to our school pc's. ****.
Oh and the reason for not replacing those is that my school is having money issues. They replaced most pc's in our building, just not the ones in the multimedia room..Now game design classes are given with dual core pc's while we are stuck with..something aweful.
Oh and thanks to the money shortage a hired part time teacher had to leave. That sucked..She was awesome. She was trying to teach us what i think is one of the most important things. Deadlines, planning, compromise, communication and most importantly, real life work.
Well, i didn't think i'd write this much. Perhaps i should blog some more to get it all out.
