King Crimson - 40th Anniversary Tour

Posted 08-05-2008 at 10:35 PM by MoodsR4Cattle (Blather, Babble & Balderdash)
I was too late to get a ticket for the King Crimson shows here in Nashville this past weekend, but my daughter went to the Saturday show and stumbled across someone selling their Sunday tickets at face value (some went on ebay for over $200 each) so I got to go the second night!

Pat Mastelotto and Gavin Harrison, both phenomenal drummers, played 3 solos together and were unbelievable. They were the stars of the show. Robert Fripp, Adrian Belew and Tony (Papa Bear) Levin kicked...

sometimes a mold is made without the need for a drawing such as when we make a mold from a part that a client brings in (corbels are a good example)
sometimes molds get thrown away. (in the past 3 years we have probably disposed of 60% of our molds that just werent needed)

The dad noticed that the tires had some dry rot. He checked the date and even though I just bought the tires a few months ago, they were dated 5/2004, and were old. Apparently I'm a dumb broad and didn't realize that the tire place gave me old tires. Because of it I let the young guy talk me down a hundred bucks. Not bad. But now...

Posted 07-19-2008 at 03:47 AM by synthetic (Synthetically Speaking)
I am sitting here going through over 250 shots I took this eve. I hadn't realized I had so many (shooting compressed RAW and my shoot count wasn't accurate because of this). I realized the amount was huge when it took forever to download from direct from the camera. Now I understand why most people opt for a CF card reader. It drains my camera battery quickly to download many large photos.

So, now I have them loaded and I slowly go through them and start to discard the ones with no...
