I work from home for many reasons, one reason was to get out of "The Meeting".
"The Meeting" is about 20 miles one way so it's inconvenient, time consuming and really unnecessary. I think sometimes that people working in an office environment like to have meetings to kill time or have an excuse to delay some menial task. I don't like meetings because frankly, I don't like having to put on a 'game face' and 'laugh on cue' for some clearly un-funny comment made by someone...

Apologies for my absence lately, but I have been busy with a brand new hobby... fishkeeping! Yup, it may seem boring to you all, but I find growing plants and keeping animals very rewarding, and this seems to combine my love of plants with my love of art, so I know i'm definately onto a winner!

Last friday I finally managed to get my paws on the 240 litre tank, CO2 addition systems, external filter, and plants, and now every day I seem to spend hours reading around the subject...

I finished the design of the product page for our new hockey website (I'll post screen shots when we get the thing to a working demo stage) and I designed the look of the review page. Both relatively small projects in the grand scheme of the whole site, but every piece counts.

The rest of the week has been tied up with trying to deal with google to update all of our store listings (never fun dealing with a immovable giant that is purposely meant to be vague, spoon fed and anti-workarounds),...
