job from heck

Posted 4 Weeks Ago at 09:50 PM by supertackyman
reached the halfway point (or thereabouts) yesterday. the job seems a bunch less daunting now that i have a nice binder full of drawings and little index tabs and the like. now I can focus on the nitty gritty of redrawing all the ones that we don't have. which quite honestly will go fairly quickly compared to looking for them. (or at least feel like it)

sometimes molds get thrown away. (in the past 3 years we have probably disposed of 60% of our molds that just werent needed)
sometimes blueprints...

A nice young guy now owns my RX7. He and his dad checked the car over (I mean Really checked it over), took it for a drive and said yes, but ....

The dad noticed that the tires had some dry rot. He checked the date and even though I just bought the tires a few months ago, they were dated 5/2004, and were old. Apparently I'm a dumb broad and didn't realize that the tire place gave me old tires. Because of it I let the young guy talk me down a hundred bucks. Not bad. But now...
