ok, so we had a nice storm blow thru nevada this weekend. sustained 40 mph winds led it in. but not before blowing off a chunk of my garage roof surfacing material. so there i was, up on it, in the wind, finding out the hard way that my roof had a weak spot. up to my waist in a new hole. ok. patch that QUICK with some plywood, cover it with some tarp. nail it all down in the wind.
thankfully, it didnt rain until the next day, and it hasnt leaked where i patched it. NOOOOO, it leaked somplace...

Anyway, now that my Maya class finished up on Thursday, I can say goodbye to that for a while - and goodbye to my Maya access. Not that I'm sad - it's a pain in the rear sometimes, just due to the stability problems and my noobness. My final project, a still render of a room, got turned in without a hitch, except that I'm not too pleased with the ambient light.

Life has been kinda crazy lately with 2 websites in the works, tearing apart my motorcycle, relocating my job that now requires 2 more hours of my day and trying to get ready for holidays. I have felt a little anxiety which is not something I am used to.
