For me, graphics is a love/hate relationship. First off, I love doing graphics - trying to be creative and seeing the final project come out a success (most of the time) is what I live for. What I Hate are the clients. Early on when I didn't have the luxury of picking and choosing projects, I would agree to people sitting behind me while I worked and nit-picking over the tiniest pixel, or took on work that I knew was going to suck.

Thanksgiving is this Thursday and in lieu of the usual Tom Turkey dinner with all the usual fixin's I'm preparing what's become our traditional T'Day dinner. I don't particularly like to cook. Not that I can't, I'm not half bad, I just don't care to do it. But on special holidays I kinda look forward to making a big fancy dinner. Here's what's on the menu for Thursday:

The Calendar is finally finished ... well, at least my part. It's been shipped off to the printers and now that the ball's out of my court I can get to work on all the stuff I've put on the back burner. Ugh.
I've attached the cover, back cover sans QuarkXpress info which would be at the bottom, and one of the month pages ... the bottom half. These are all girls that work at the clubs - not professional models.
I hope the printed calendar doesn't turn out blue-ish this time.

I've got my Zoooooooom back! The X was in the shop for 2 weeks! As it turns out I didn't need to replace the carb, and the main problem was this little thingie that pokes into another thingie to make it idol when you let off the gas.
