I must admit something - I've been very bad and skipped the gym for 3 weeks! I wasn't sitting idle, of course, but the change in the season and all the recent gardenwork left me with little inclination to continue. Now that I've started going again, though, my energy levels have perked up and I'm feeling slightly prowly all the time again. I seem to have lost a little strength and endurance, but I'm hoping to make it back in a couple of weeks. I'm definately not gonna have a sixpack for
