A little surprise.

Yesterday was sunny and cool so I spent some time trimming the shrubs along the side of the house. One shrub blooms profusely in the spring, leafs out then drops it's leaves by mid summer. While trimming this bush I noticed something odd dangling from a single branch at the bottom - a green apple.

I had to take a picture.

Attached some pictures I took today from under one of the Maple trees and the Water Oak.

Wow... just one apple eh... odd. Did you know it was an apple tree? First time ever for the apple? Like the 3rd pick... it just flows

5 years and have never seen an apple - never knew there was an apple "tree" under there! Can't untangle it from the bush or I'd replant it. Wonder what kind of apple it is?

Thanks! Can't take any real credit for the image though, no adjustments, no settings, no centering, no forthought ... I just laid the camera on the ground and clicked the button.
