A Superfluous Board?

Hiya guys - I was wondering if we really needed the '2D / 3D Artworks' section in the 'Showcase' heading now that we have the Photopost system fully integrated? Do you think we should drop it or keep it?

PS. This thread does not relate in any way to the other sections under that heading - they'll remain regardless of the outcome of this little poll.

It kind of is a little bit. Maybe it could be turned into a "Works In Progress" style forum where you post work that you will be changing and want C&C on it. I imagine the PhotoPost is more of a "It's finished, and I'm not going to change it no matter what anyone says" kind of option.

I personally like the board. I say leave it as is.

Like jonbalza said, I use it to get feedback and opinions on my WIPs.

yeah i use the 2d board to show off my wips. I then use the gallery to show off my final peice of work.

So i would keep it and call it a wip section,

I would also like to see a serious critqiue forum as it is a very good way of improving your skills.
