Moderator/Admin Board Needed

Well, now that we have a family of moderators and admins I personally feel we need our own board.

The comments/questions has been our discussion board, but sometimes we need to discuss things as a group that other people shouldn't see.

The Moderator/Admin Board will of course be abled to be viewed only by Mods and above.

Instead of Password Protection, I think it would be best if only a certain group can access it. (Moderators+)

Please give feedback and tell me what you think.

Such a board would open up communications between moderators, and admins.

It should be used to initiate warnings on users, and also those who have been banned.. so we can keep our eyes open to what is going on..

I think its a great idea. And not only do I think we should discuss problematic users, but when we do something, we should post what we did and why, so other moderators can look back and see.. I know many users will get banned by one moderator and then go to another asking for unban.. saves some trouble.

Sounds like a great idea to me guys! I've created the new forum, and set it as private, so only Moderators and Admins will be able to see it.
