You don't need a program to offer things for download. Just make a link directed to the file in the server.

If you just happen to want a more advanced way to offer files, I'm sure someone has made a php script that does it. Search some of the sites like hotscripts, etc.

Files such as those that you listed would be able to be through a simple link. If you are unsure about how to do this, you should probably check out some HTML tutorials. You could start by searching "Basic HTML tutorials" on google.

Not sure if it's what you're asking about but many people who provide downloads usually zip them with WinZip. The program is free to use. Those downloading a winzip file will also need winzip to open it.

WinZip has the advantage of compressing files to a certain extent (depending on file type), so your downloads are smaller (better for people on slow connections). Also you can store multiple files and folders in the same zip file.

If you're asking how to define the link on your page, you'd use the following:

Code:
<a href="brushes.zip">Download</a>
The above example would create a link called "Download" and when clicked will ask the visitor if they would like to save the file called "brushes.zip".

You need a host for your website files. A host will have servers that store the files that make up your website. You upload all the files to your server and they will be available for visitors to see/download. There are numerous hosts to choose from all with different packages. Choose the one that suits your needs.

You should read some book about HTML, FTP a than start studing PHP and MySQL programming, so that you would be able create good website ... or if you want easy and fast way how to set it up, try PHP Nuke ... but those basic HTML and FTP skill are neccessary.
