Is the avatar on your pc or on some server? If it's on another server they may have hot linking disabled? Download it to your PC then upload it to Biorust. Lemme know if this solves the problem?

If you can't upload it from your computer the file size might be too large.

Try uploading it from http://www.imageshack.us and try linking to it.

Vbulletin gets really squicky about linking to servers with dynamic DNS or scripted images. My advice is to save it to your PC and upload it from there...
