Its 50-50 really, on one hand I would like to see the creative process, what ideas worked and see the first version that wasn't so good, then give out some hints to help them along
But on the other hand, its a big surprise to see all the battle entrants work, you don't know what your up against or who the other battlers are. I've only been in one battle so far and quite enjoyed it, looking forward to the next one!
What would be interesting is if an entry is really good, the artist can write a small explanation or even a whole tutorial on how it was made after the battle, then we can discuss how it could be improved, get ideas for our own projects and learn a thing or 2 while we're at it
