Considering I have had these problems the day I got this... I think not... the guy came over today... said it was the memory card... downloaded the driver from Microsoft *crash* downloaded it from ATI and it was fine... he really doesn't have much of a clue whats wrong... but he put in a new memory card... so we will see...
