Creating Battles

Does it make sense to automatically enter someone into a battle if they create one? Generally speaking, people are going to enter their own battles, but not necessarily.

Also has there been any thought about creating a back and forth battle. I've seen these before where one person posts an image, the other person then battles back with a modified version of the same image. It's pretty awesome to watch and see people's creativity of editing someone else's work. It could be set to have "x" number of submissions for each person, then everyone could vote on a winner. Give people who enter 2 days to post their rebut image or they are disqualified (to help speed things along).

Any thoughts?

yeah thats a great idea, I posted something kinda similar a while ago. A mural type battle where each person gets say 3 400 x 400 pixel tiles to do and they have to blend there entry to the next so when its finished the end result will be a 400 x 24000 pixel long mural. They work really well and it would be awesome if we could get this organised maybe even if its only a forum area.

I like the idea, i've also seen it alot on other sites but there is I think one problem.
At this moment there aren't many entering members, so that should be taken care of first. Then you should consider of there is an winner at this kind of things....and if there is no winner is it a battle then??

its not about winning, its more of a collaboration than a battle. I'm gonna try starting on in a new thread.
