Maximum Battles

Hi, I just went to enter a battle and it says that i have already entered the maximum amount of battles at 5. I feel that this limit is a little low considering how long each battle takes. some of the one i'm in haven't changed status in ages. Is there any chance of upping the max amount of battles you can enter at once?

another suggestion would be maybe reducing the voting time to a week or so, this should still be plenty of time for everyone to vote. At the minute is seems each battle could have a maximum run time of 6 weeks, which seems a little excessive. anyone else agree? other than that the battle section rules

this isn't ment as a dig, you guys are doing a great job I just thought you might want a little user feedback.

Hm, i must agree about the voting part....but i think that for the most battles the time you've got to post your entry's is good, maybe it should be a bit longer....
I've asked man1cmog if we, the battle moderators, could like manually take care of battles when nececary.....but that doesn't work with the system that is running now..

O and for the 5 battles limit, i think patience would be very uselfull there

i am been patient :P i got 1 battle in the voting stage and 4 that are awaiting submittals and have been for the past week. does this mean i can't enter anymore battles untill 3 weeks? 1 for the week left for submittals and 2 for the voting period?

is there any reason for the max limit? i mean if it was busier it would give everyone a fairer chance to get in on a battle but at the minute its pretty quiet and some battles just aren't filling up at all. I have some time off at the minute and would like to participate in as many as possible is all. I'm not gonna join one and not enter anything

ok...i am participating in 2 battles now...and i say that the voting period is too large...it takes too much...a few days maybe a week is enough...don't u agree?

Thanks for the feedback guys! I set the 5 battle limit because I honestly didn't think anyone would join more than 5 at once! I'll see about upping that number ASAP. As for the voting period, 2 weeks is probably best until the system gets more popular - that gives it a longer time to get definitive votes. When it takes off properly i'll drop it to 1 week max.

...more battles at once is a good idea, to keep our heads busy.
Right now I am participating in three different battles, which is fair enough, if you have regular job like i do.
Will there be possibility to see how many votes ones pic got, or will this cause too much cheating...
