Smashing Magazine - An awesome resource
I just found this site last night and figured it was worth sharing. The site has a RSS feed to let you know when new articles are posted, but they do a ton of articles on design & design programs. I found some great information about fonts, photoshop and Illustrator tutorials and more.

I'm always on the lookout for good Illustrator tutorials...Particularly on using gradient meshes. Thanks. This looks really helpful
