Photoshop CS3 - Overview of New Features

In December of last year, Adobe released a public beta version of Photoshop CS3. The question that was (and still is) foremost in the minds of most Photoshop users was, "What's different in this version?". Well, Scott Kelby (the editor of Photoshop User magazine and well-respected author of a number of books on Photoshop) has assessed the new version. Looks cool but the only feature there that peaks my interest is the new smart effects not damaging the original image... Being able to go back and tweak effects or delete them entirely is a feature that PS has needed since version 4...
