Moderators!

Moderators have now been assigned. Fitting everyone to the current forum selection was not easy, and nearly everyone eligible opted for General Discussions as their most preferred board. That said, I hope everyone is happy with their board selection, and resists the urge to use their power for evil instead of good. So, congrats to the new moderators - may your reign be long and peaceful.

Just remember to keep referring people in here, or else you won't have that much to moderate...

Thanks! I'll keep my boards clean, as much as possible.. I think you should make some rules or at least tell us moderators how strict you want us to be on what because, its hard for us to know..

I feel as moderators we could write up our own set of rules. From there we can PM m0g to see if he would like to have any changes.

I'm glad to be part of the Biorust family. Thank you m0g.

One last note, we need to expand and get more members. I have 7 referrals at the moment. Tek and Digi, try to get some of your friends to join.

When I have the v4 edition to my site I'll have a link here. That will get some members for sure.

Yes, being a moderator at such a great site is an extreme honor.. and I will serve my duties and fairly as possible.

Once again... ALL HAIL M0G!!! LONG LIVE BIORUST!!!

That said, I will have links to the forums when my site is up and running... I will also refer as many as I can!

As for rules, I feel that moderators should be able to choose, but in the end.. we must always refer to the mighty m0g!

Okay, sounds good.. I think I'm going to take each problem as it comes, and make up my mind.. instead of writing out set rules. at least until I have so many poeple to deal with that it makes it that much easier just to write it out and refer people to it, but for now, I don't think I will have many problems to deal with.

The only forum that I may impose a small set of rules on may be the coding board... to make it clear and easy to help people.. otherwise I play be feel.. which is what I am good at!

Write a draft on a set of rules for each of your forums by Friday November 7th.

Get started ASAP.

After you've written your draft message m0g with it and have him review it.

We don't want to put a huge burden on m0g and have him write the rules now do we.

Go get writing!

Crikey, I go to watch a film, and come back to 50 more posts! (not that i'm complaining mind you

). Anyway, i'll create some basic forum rules when I get some free time in the next week (at the moment i'm snowed under with coursework for my postgrad diploma - the deadline is next thursday

). Each and every moderator will be able to exercise the rules as they see fit, although some will, obviously, have to be fairly unbreakable (such as no active warezing, no pr0n, etc). I'll let you all know as soon as I get the rulez sorted.

PS. Thanks greatly guys for the support - I never knew my viewers could be such excellent people!

I guess he could have had spammers, idiots and a**holes instead. He actually is rather lucky, many sites have what I just listed.. and many let it be bacause otherwise they would have no members.
