Newtek, best known for its Lightwave 3D modelling and animation package, has released another pack of high resolution textures, bringing the total for download to 400. They are non-tiling and come in categories such as nature, landscape, soil, wood, and concrete. They are not retouched, and are a variety of different resolutions - from 1600 pixels x 1200 pixels to 2304 x 1728. Pretty excellent stuff for a freebie, and very useful for both 2D and 3D work alike!

Yes, its a Vbulletin-style registration, though, so its quite easy, and low on the whole 'fill-in-this-warranty-card' style interrogation.

I actually signed up and it still won't allow me access to download them for some reason? Even sent a response to the webmaster with no luck.
