Well, its been a while since you've had a Photoshop tutorial from yours truly, so I have written an intermediate-level walkthrough detailing the creation of Realistic Water Droplets. Yes, I know that this particular type of tutorial is very common throughout the web, but it's a fantastic effect, and well worth showing to any of you who don't know how its done. Enjoy!

Hey Mog, I just tried to use the "Printer Friendly Version" link in the side bar (found after I couldn't find the printer image from v3), and it's not working. I tried it out on multiple tutorials, all to no avail. They all link to http://biorust.com/phprint.php, but don't have any extra arguments. The link alone gives an error

Odd - it works flawlessly for me in IE6, Opera, and Firefox. What browser are you using, and are you running any additional browsing or security software? The script works by reading the http_referrer variable... so if you have overly keen security software it may stop this working...

And there it is. Looks like it was my firewall. I had Stealth Mode browsing enabled, which means (according to the tooltip) 'Do not allow websites to know what operating system you are using or what browser you are using. This my cause some websites to not function properly.' Case in point, the print page feature on BioRust. Sorry 'bout that.

No worries. I guess I really should spruce up the script a bit to make it work on all browsers and get rid of inherited variables like http_referrer. A project for a future time I think!
