JupiterImages Unlimited Stock Subscription Service Launched

Like it or not, the only way you are going to get your paws on REALLY high quality images is to go via the big stock photo services, which ARE NOT CHEAP! Some providers, however, are now realizing that subscription services may be better than charging for each and every image individually, and that has knock-on benefits in terms of price. JupiterImages are now, thankfully, offering subscription options giving access to many different collections... all with a centralized username/password! Here's the info:

<table width="90%" align="center" border="0"><tr><td><p align="justify">The new service provides download access to nine JupiterImages brands totalling 330,000 images, each available in multiple resolutions.

While JupiterImages' previous subscription sites each provided access to a particular image collection, JupiterImages Unlimited differs in that subscribers have access to a market-leading number of photos from Brand X, Comstock Images, Creatas Images, Goodshoot, IT Stock Free, Thinkstock Images, Photos.com, AbleStock.com and PhotoObjects.net, all wholly-owned JupiterImages brands. The service is thus positioned as a single point of access to some of the world's most desirable image providers, and will be of value to creative services firms with an ongoing need for large numbers of high-quality images. Two subscription levels are available, with one providing access to all images at Web/multimedia resolutions and the other option making available all images in resolutions from 1MB up to 75MB.
</td></tr></table>

well, you could shoot your own. if you need particular stock, go to an art forum (like deviantart), find someone who has access to what you need (eg eiffel tower? find a french guy) and take pictures for you in return for a critique or sketch or something... and you can specify it better, too.
75MB pictures? whose computer can handle that?
